Your jewelry will be in the mail to you within two working days, unless we're creating a custom piece for you.
Customs and import taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Please note that packages can sometimes take a while to get through customs ... we are not responsible for any delays due to customs.
The shipping times below are approximate! It's possible that your package will take longer to arrive.

Please note that tracked and express shipping is available for international destinations, but the prices vary a great deal depending on what country you'd like your package shipped to. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org for a quote.
Also please note that tracked and express shipping to non Canadian and US destinations range from really expensive to insanely expensive!
We guarantee that you will receive your package. If your package hasn't arrived within 8 weeks of shipping, we will fully refund your purchase price.
Returns and Exchanges
If your jewelry isn't right for you, send it back within 30 days for a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your jewelry item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it (and in the original packaging).
Gift Cards can not be returned.
To complete your return or exchange, we do need a receipt or proof of purchase. This also ensures that we know WHO we should be refunding for the return :).
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your returned jewelry has been received and inspected, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Depending how you paid for your jewelry, your refund may take a few days to appear in your account.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regularly priced items may be refunded. Sales items unfortunately cannot be refunded.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, you will be sent a gift certificate.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or if the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves (to give to you later), the refund will be sent to the original gift giver.
To return your product, please contact us for a shipping address.
You will be responsible for paying for your own return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
How long the exchanged product will take to reach you depends on where you live.
If you are shipping an item over $50, please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
