Shipping

Your order will be shipped within three working days, unless we're creating a custom piece for you. 

Free shipping for Canadian and US orders over $150 USD (approximately $200 CAD).

Canadian Orders

Orders are shipped from Vancouver, BC, Canada, with Canada Post Xpress Post. All shipments include a tracking number and delivery confirmation.

$16.00 USD

No customs or duty charges will be incurred. Purchasers in BC will be charged PST + GST, and purchasers in other provinces will be charged GST or HST. 

US Orders

Orders are shipped from Vancouver, BC, Canada, with UPS (ground). All shipments include a tracking number and delivery confirmation.

UPS Ground

Approximately 7-10 days

$25.00 USD

If the order is under $800 USD, then there shouldn't be any customs or duty charges incurred. But there may be State-based sales taxes to pay.  

Returns and Exchanges

If you're not completely happy with your purchase, you can return it for exchange or refund within 14 days of receipt. (During the December holiday season, the return deadline is extended to January 5th.)

Your purchase price will be refunded, once I receive the merchandise back in its original, unworn resalable condition. Shipping costs are NOT refundable, and you are responsible for the shipping of all returns and exchanges.

For your own security, I strongly recommend shipping the package back with a tracking number and shipping insurance.

Gift Cards can not be returned. 

Return Procedure

1. Email me at rita@bijouxlaudine.com and send me:

• Your name.
• Your order number.
• The items you are returning.
• The reason you are returning the items.

2. I will send you a confirmation email with return instructions, including a return address. 

3. Once I receive the items back, I will issue a refund using the same payment method you used during the original transaction.
